"Krishak Swarn Samruddhi Saptah 2024" 23rd to 28th September 2024 organized by JNIESTR, Krishi Vigyan Kendra, Pokharani Nanded on the occasion of Krishi Vigyan Kendra Golden Jubilee.... This Farmer Week was organized at various places at Krishi Vigyan Kendra Pokharani Nanded, Kinwat, Gawatwadi, Taluka Hadgaon, Nagapur, Taluka Bhokar Shahapur, Taluka Ardhapur. During this week, women's health and nutrition, Gram Swachhata Abhiyan and Pandharwada, natural and organic farming, agriculture and agribusiness, innovative schemes, introduction of various schemes of Krishi Vigyan Kendra Agriculture Department and Atma Department, various central and state government schemes for farmers, agricultural industry and Value addition, management of livestock, and various agricultural extension work done by the Krishi Vigyan Kendra till date, various field tests, trainings and success stories of experimental and progressive farmers were presented to the dignitaries as well as farmer brothers, women self-help group sanitation workers, Anganwadi workers, schools, village panchayats as well as Earthworm beds and culture, karvanda seedlings, native vegetable seed kits, notebooks and pens, small agricultural implements and various agricultural extension materials were also distributed by the dignitaries to the religious places by the Krishi Vigyan Kendra Pokharni Nanded. During the week, Hingoli MP Honorable Nagesh Patil Ashtikar, Hon. come Balajirao Kalyankar and Sandhyatai Kalyankar, Member of Parliament, Nanded (North), Hon. Madhavrao Patil Kheigaonkar, MLA, Hadgaon Himayatnagar, Shri. Bhausaheb Barate, District Superintendent Agriculture Officer Nanded and Project Director Atma, Nanded, all sub-divisional agriculture officers, taluka agriculture officers and all the scientists of the Agricultural Science Center directly interacted with the farmers and cleared the doubts by visiting the field.
